Dateman Books are a family run business in rural Somerset specialising in making REAL books in miniature for collectors and dollshouses.

All our books are printed with a readable extract from the original text of the book portrayed and are hand bound using traditional bookbinding methods and materials.

We also offer all books first published before 1900 (and a little later) bound in reproduction leather bindings to suit Georgian and Victorian houses (and earlier).

Our books are produced in two sizes 2.9cm high and 2cm high representing books of A4 and A5 size respectively.

Our current range consists of over 150 titles ranging from Beowulf to Jane Austen including books of poetry, fiction and non-fiction books and illustrated children`s story books.   Non-fiction books include Mrs Beeton, Bibles and an Atlas.

We also make photograph albums to suit various periods including our very popular Wedding Album which can be made containing your OWN photographs.
