I don't know why, but my paintings have always been little! A tiny image surrounded by a comfortable white border, it just seems right somehow.

I live in the beautiful seaside town of Falmouth, Cornwall, England, and work with my husband Matt Smith ( www.fourteenballstoy.co.uk ) painting his amazing automata. I am passionate about Cornwall, but also adore travelling. My miniature paintings are of places I know and love and places I'd love to know. Oh ....and the odd furry animal.
 
My paintings are all acrylic on paper. They are lightly varnished with matt varnish for protection and come in a handmade wooden frame. The paintings can be supplied frameless with a board mount for displaying in larger frames.

If there is a painting you particularly like which has sold I can paint the scene again. As each picture is individually hand painted they will all have their own unique character.
